Counsel for the parties submit that the issue agitated in this contempt petition is fully covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Shankar Lal Choudhary vs Shri Rajesh Yadav & Others in SBCCP No.1500/2016 decided on 06.07.2018.
In view of the joint prayer made by counsel for the parties, this contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Shankar Lal Choudhary (supra). The observation/ direction in the aforesaid judgment shall apply mutatis-mutandis to the case of the petitioner.
