Dr.P.M. Verma, Officer-Incharge states that the interim order dated 19.12.2017 in S.B.C.W.P. No.23567/2017 titled Asgar Ali Usta Versus State of Rajasthan & Others for non-compliance of which this contempt petition has been laid was vacated by the court vide order dated 21.03.2018.
A copy of the order dated 21.03.2018 has been passed over to the court in the course of hearing of the contempt petition. It is taken on record. A perusal of the order dated 21.03.2018 in
