Matter comes up on a misc. application No. 246/2018, with a prayer for correction in the order dated 27^th April, 2018, with reference to name of father of petitioner No.1, recorded as “Shri Haji Mohammad Shafik” instead of “Shri Haji Mohammad Sayeed ” and caste of petitioner No.4, recorded as ”Rangotha” instead of “Meghwal” .

It is pointed out that the errors crept in on account of unintentional typographical errors.

For the reasons assigned in the misc. application; the typographical errors need to be corrected.

Consequently, the misc. application is hereby allowed. Amended cause title, enclosed with the application, with

the corrections, prayed for, shall be taken and be arranged at appropriate place in the record of the case file.
