Contempt of the order dated 19.05.2016 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4500/2016 is alleged in this petition.
A reply to the contempt petition has been filed stating that representation received from the petitioner pursuant to the court's order was considered and rejected vide order dated 02.08.2017. No contempt has thus been made out.
Mr.Bapulal Katara, petitioner present in person is not in a position to deny the fact that representation has been rejected vide order dated 02.08.2017.

In the circumstances, I find no contempt, as alleged, made out. Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 02.08.2017 in accordance with law.
