Mr.Vinod Kumar Chittoria, Assistant Secretary, Department of Personnel, submits that compliance with the order dated 28.3.2014 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.17101/2013 has been made, inasmuch as representation filed by the petitioner pursuant thereto has been decided vide orders dated 19.9.2017 and 18.5.2018 passed by Secretary, Department of Personnel.
A copy of the orders dated 19.9.2017 and 18.5.2018 have been passed over to this Court in the course of hearing of the petition. They are taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the contempt petition
