The matter comes up on an interim application number 598/2017, with a prayer for correction in the cause title so as to read in consonance with the memo of the writ application instituted by the State-petitioners so also to reflect the correct details of the respondent-employee with reference to his parentage and address, which has wrongly been recorded even in the cause title of the memo of the writ application.

The factual matrix, as pointed out by the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-employee, is not disputed by the counsel for the State-petitioners.

Accordingly, the cause title in the order dated 14^th October, 2017, be recorded in accordance with the cause title of this miscellaneous application indicating correct name of father of the respondent-employee, which ought to have been recorded as “Munna Lal son of Shri Ranjeeta Ram Meena”.

Correct cause title with the aforesaid details, a copy of which has been furnished by the counsel for the respondent-employee during the course of hearing, shall be taken on record and incorporated accordingly. The cause title be arranged at appropriate place in the record of the case file.

But for the correction in the cause title annexed herewith; rest of the order made by this Court shall be maintained as such.
