It is stated that subsequent to the order of this court, an appeal was preferred and the order therein has been modified. The nonpetitioners have taken action pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench thus contempt is not made out as otherwise it can be, if the order of the Division Bench is not complied with.
Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of as the parties would be governed by the order in the Special Appeal.
