Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of Inspire Scholarship in favour of petitioner along-with arrears.
It is contended that the petitioner has secured 82.83% marks in the Secondary School Examination – 2011 and 83.40% marks in Senior Secondary Examination – 2013 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer, and the said Board has issued a certificate to the petitioner that she is qualified for award of Scholarship for Higher Education under Innovation in Science pursuit for inspired research by virtue of performance within top 1% of the school board at Class XII level in the examination held during the academic session pending March/April, 2015.

In view of the above, the respondent no.1 Union of India should consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Scholarship for Higher Education under Innovation in Science pursuit for inspired research by virtue of performance within top 1% of the school board at Class XII level in the examination held during the academic session pending March/April, 2015, and appropriate order with regard to the case of the petitioner be passed within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
