Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 214/2016 registered at Police Station Rajakhera, District Dholpur, for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 307, 336, 427, 379 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damages To Public Property Act, 1984.
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 3.1.2017. Co-accused have been granted bail by this court.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
