This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the I.O of the case be directed to investigate the matter fairly, properly and impartially. S.P. Concerned be directed to monitor the investigation and he himself be directed to submit the progress report before the court concerned within a period of 15 days from today.
Learned Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.
The aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the petitioner seem to be genuine.
The instant petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
