This restoration application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14558/16, which was dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 10.03.2017.
It is contended that as the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to remove the defect due to mistake, the writ petition has been dismissed.
