Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 for fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 1087/2014 registered at Police Station Sanganer, Metropolitan Jaipur, District Jaipur for the offences under Section 363, 366, 379 Indian Penal Code 1860.
Heard.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that respondent No.3 has been
arrested. In these circumstances, no further interference by this court at this stage is called for.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
