The matter comes up on a misc. application No.375/2017, with a prayer for correction of the typographical error at Page No.11 in line No.5 in first line of Para No.2, to correct the word 'respondents' to be read as 'petitioner'.
A copy of the application seeking correction was furnished to the counsel for the petitioner-non-applicant, who has no objection to the correction sought for.
In view of the above, order dated 2nd February, 2017, at Page No.11 in the first line of para No.2, 'respondent' be read as 'petitioner'.
In view of the aforesaid correction, rest of the order shall be maintained as such.
