Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

F.I.R. No.680/2016 was registered at Police Station, Gangapur City, District Sawai Madhopur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have obtained KCC loan and have repaid the loan.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. His contention is that the petitioners have obtained loan on forged

documents.

I have considered the contentions.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioners have repaid the entire loan, without commenting on the merits of the case, I deem it proper to allow the anticipatory bail application.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station, Gangapur City, District Sawai Madhopur in F.I.R. No.680/2016 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners they shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-

(I). that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

¶27

(ii). that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or any police officer, and

¶28

(iii). that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
