Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking quashing and fair & impartial investigation of the First Information Report No. 5/2017 registered at Police Station Kotwali (Tonk) for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323 & 452 of Indian Penal Code 1860.
Vide order dated 25.05.2017, four weeks time was granted to the petitioner for removing the defects pointed by the office. However, till date, defects have not been removed and none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
