Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition. However, a prayer is made to direct the SDO Court to expedite hearing as the suit is pending for the last 22 years.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, a direction is given to the SDO Court to expedite the proceedings of the pending suit and, if possible, then conclude it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
