This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the I.O of the case be directed to investigate the matter fairly, properly and impartially. Counsel has further submitted that the I.O of the case be further directed to submit the progress report of the case after investigation before the court concerned.
Learned Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.
The aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the petitioner seem to be genuine.
The instant petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Ordered accordingly.
Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay application also stands disposed of.
