Present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate defiance of the interim order of the Court dated 3rd May, 2010.
After hearing the parties and considering their submissions, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the contempt petition. At the same time, if there is alleged deliberate defiance of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application in the pending writ petition apprising the Court and for appropriate orders, if so advised.
The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly. Contempt notices stand discharged.
