Counsel for petitioner has fairly submitted that the similar misc. application having been treated as a review petition (No.212/2016) in SBCWP No.4589/2012 has been dismissed albeit with liberty to the petitioners to file a review petition afresh if warranted by circumstances of the judgment in the case of Dev

Krishna Daroga & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in SBCWP No. 3620/2008 decided on 06.02.2012 being reviewed on the petition therefor pending before the Principal Seat, Jodhpur.

In the facts stated above, this misc. application also seeking review of this Court’s order dated 22.07.2015 in SBCWP No.6390/2015 is similarly dismissed at this stage. The applicant would be at liberty to file a review petition afresh in the event of the judgment in the case of Dev Krishna Daroga (supra), were to be set aside in the pending review thereagainst.
