Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 21/2017 registered at Police Station Malakheda, Alwar, for offence under Section 143, 332, 353 Indian Penal Code 1860 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 .
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2016. Co-accused have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
