Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.637/2016 registered at Police Station Malakheda, District Alwar for offence under Sections 143, 323, 341, 451, 354 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner and his coaccused after entering the house of the complainant had given beatings to them and had outraged the modesty of his wife.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was no medical examination report of the injured. Petitioner has been falsely involved in this case as the motorcycle of the complainant had struck against the motor-cycle of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the
case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
