Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.350/2015 registered at Police Station Nadbai, District Bharatpur for offences under Sections 332, 353, 34 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner and his co-accused had attacked the officials of electricity department.
Learned State Counsel has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in other criminal cases relating to attempt to murder etc.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out.
