Instant contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance
of ad interim order passed by the court dt.13.06.2008.
Counsel for respondent has informed this court that pending contempt petition, the very writ petition filed by the writ petitioner S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.5844/2008 has been finally decided vide order dt.01.12.2016 and the parties have been relegated to appear and address their grievance before the Tribunal constituted under the Act of 1985.

Since it is an ad interim order, of which contempt petition was filed and the original writ petition itself has been transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal and after having heard counsel for the parties and taking note of the subsequent events which have taken place, this court is not inclined to proceed further in the instant contempt petition.
Consequently, the instant contempt petition is dismissed and the notices are accordingly stand discharged. The parties are at liberty to address on merit before the ld.Tribunal in compliance of order of the court dt.01.12.2016 passed in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.5844/2008.
It is informed that order of the ld.Single Judge dt.01.12.2016 has been assailed in Special Appeal filed at the instance of the petitioner. It is made clear that order passed in consequence of order passed by the Division Bench of this court can be taken note of by the parties in taking further recourse of the matter.
