Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 514/2016 registered at Police Station Jhotwara, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 406, 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
On 30.9.2016 following order was passed by this court:-
“List again on 25.11.2016. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisages under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
the petitioner has joined investigation in pursuance to the above order.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, interim bail granted by this court vide order dated 30.9.2016 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
