On 5th December, 2016, the matter was adjourned for the counsel (Mr. Tarun Mishra) for the appellants was stated to be out of station for reasons personal to him.
Non appeared for the appellants on 8th December, 2016 and the matter was deferred for three weeks.
Even today, neither counsel nor any representative is present to prosecute the misc. appeal. It appears that the appellants have lost interest in the appeal proceedings.
Consequently, the misc. appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
