Under challenge is the order dated 27.07.2012, passed by the Director of Animal Husbandry Department, State of Rajasthan. It has been further prayed that the respondents be directed to reconsider the application of the petitioner-Society submitted in the year 2009 for grant of no objection certificate to establish a new animal husbandry diploma training institute.
A bare look at the petition indicates that the order under challenge is 27.07.2012. Evidently the challenge is inordinately delayed, four years having elapsed since the passing of the order. No adequate reason has been proffered for laying a delayed challenge.
Consequently, I find no force in the petition.
Dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
Stay application also dismissed.
