On the joint request made by the learned counsel
appearing for the parties, hearing of the present petition is preponed from 22.07.2016 to today and the same is taken up on the Board.
In the instant contempt petition preferred under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioners that the order dated 27.09.2011 passed by ld. Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ petition No.10750/2011 has not been complied with.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
