By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking the following relief:-
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Civil Misc. Appeal is pending since, 30.09.2015 and the arguments were heard partly but the appellate Court had adjourned the appeal unnecessarily.
Having regard to the submissions made by the petitioner and in view of this fact that as the misc. appeal is pending since 30th September,2015 and the matter was once

part heard, I am inclined to allow this petition.
In view of the above, this writ petition is allowed. The learned Additional District Judge, No.1, Alwar is directed to decide the civil misc. appeal No.89/2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
