Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14-A (2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 in F.I.R. No. 165/2016 registered at Police Station, Bhusawar, Distt. Bharatpur for offences under Sections 147, 323, 341, 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 & Section 3(1)(r)(s) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that parties have amicably settled their dispute. In this regard reliance has been placed on Annexure-8.
Hence, appellant is directed to surrender before the concerned court within 10 days from today and the said Court shall release the appellant on bail subject to its satisfaction.
