This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 4/2/2015 passed by Special Judge SC/ST( Prevention of Atrocity) Cases, Dholpur in Criminal revision No. 4/2014.
At the request of both the parties, the order dated 4/2/2015 is set aside with a direction to the trial court to decide the revision afresh within a period of one month from the date of appearance.
Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dholpur on 2/2/2016 and the learned District an Sessions Judge is directed to conclude the trial within one month from 2/2/2016 in accordance with law.
The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
