In the instant contempt petition preferred under
Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioners that the order dated 09.04.2012 passed by ld. Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ petition No.4860/2012 has not been complied with.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the order passed by this Court has been modified by the Division Bench of this Court, present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
