On the joint request made by the learned counsel for the partied, the hearing of the present contempt petition is pre-poned from 6.7.2016 to today, and the matter is taken on board.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with and the controversy only remains qua three individuals of Vikas Samiti. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that since now control over the respective area has been transferred from JDA to Municipal Corporation, he may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to take recourse to lawful remedy available to the petitioner.
As prayed, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
