The petitioner has alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 02.12.2011 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13188/ 2010 whereby the petition was disposed of in terms of the judgment in the case of Dr .Seem a Ran w at vs. St at e of Raj ast han & Or s. [ S.B. Civil W r it Pet it ion No.1 4 9 5 8 / 2 0 1 0 , decided on 2 9 .0 8 .2 0 1 1 ] . In the case of Dr. Seema Ranwat (supra), the respondents were directed to make payment of salary to the petitioners therein to the extent it has been released to them by the UGC.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the salary of the petitioner, for the period during which he worked with the respondents, was disbursed to him and thereafter the period of his contract had come to an end.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner was paid salary in terms of the order of the court.

In view of above, no further directions are called for in the instant petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
