Shri D.V. Tholia, learned Additional Advocate General has
filed reply. Same is taken on record. Shri Tholia has submitted that after deduction of tax, payment of Rs.13,01.857/- has been made in favour of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since payment has been made after delay of five years, the present contempt petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to lawful remedy available to him for claiming interest upon the delayed payment.
As prayed, the present contempt petition is disposed of with
the liberty aforesaid.
