The learned counsel for the petitioner having argued the matter at some length, prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition to assail the order dated 5.12.2014 (Annexure3) by filing appropriate writ petition.
As prayed, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
