Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority ventilating its grievances with regard to the cancellation of its contract vide order dated 08.04.2015.
Permission as sought is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It goes without saying that in the event the petitioner were to approach the competent authority, the competent authority shall decide the matter expeditiously.
Stay application also dismissed.
