This bunch of writ petitions raises various issues in regard to appointment on the post of Vidhyalay Sahayak under the Rajasthan Vidhyalay Sahayak Subordinate Service Rules, 2015.

It is stated that co-ordinate Bench of this court has disposed of number of writ petitions involving different issues. A direction has been given to the petitioner/s to make representation to the respondents which would appropriately be considered. Therefore, all these writ petitions may be disposed of in the light

Mr SK Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that if the representations are made by the petitioners, it would appropriately be considered in the light of the directions given in the aforesaid judgments, however, representation may be made by the petitioners within ten days from today and, in that case, respondents would consider the same in the light of the judgments referred to above.

It would be necessary to refer that issues involved in

these matters varies which may be in given case in regard to counter-signature on the experience certificate, whereas, in other case, controversy about under-age at the time of initial engagement. Likewise, other issues are also involved thus, instead of bifurcating the issues, which may cause delay and looking to the fact that last date for submission of application form is

8.9.2015 i.e. tomorrow, common order may be passed in all the petitions.

I have considered submissions of the parties. This agreed order is being passed. The petitioners would male representation/s raising the issue involved in their case. The representation aforesaid can be made within ten days from today. It would be considered in the light of the judgments referred to above on the issue raised by the petitioners. The petitioners are, however, permitted to submit off-line application form by the last date and consideration of their candidature would remain subject to final outcome of the representation. It is further made clear that if any representation involves the issue which can be considered only by the Division Bench, this order would not govern such case/s, rather, the representation would be considered in the light of the directions given by the co-ordinate Bench in the judgments referred to above.

With the aforesaid, all the writ petitions so as the stay applications are disposed of.
