By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has questioned the action of the State Government in reducing the amount of grant-in-aid payable in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-in-aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993.
It is to be noticed that on 27.7.01, the statement was made by learned Additional Advocate General before this Court that 75% of grant-in-aid was earlier released to the petitioner-Institution and subsequent thereto, remaining 25% of grant-in-aid has also been released.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the entire amount of grant-in-aid payable already stands released to the petitioner-Institution and therefore, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
