Respondent no.3-Mr.Karni Singh Khichi,is present in person.
The respondent no.3, who has been committed for contempt of court and directed to be kept in civil prison for a period of 15 days, has preferred an application for suspension of execution of punishment.
It is stated that the respondent no.3 intends to prefer an appeal against the order punishing him for contempt of court and therefore, the execution of the punishment may be stayed till the filing of the appeal by the respondent no.3 before a Bench of this court.
On the facts and in the circumstances of this case, this court considers it appropriate to allow the application preferred by the respondent no.3 seeking suspension of execution of the punishment.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The execution of the punishment shall remain suspended for a period of 30 days.
