Learned counsel prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this court in the bunch of writ petitions led by SB Civil Writ Petition No.5710/2013, Pappu Lal Sharma & ors versus State of Rajasthan & ors, decided on 30.6.2014. The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, writ petition is disposed of with liberty sought for. In case of representation along with the copy of the judgment supra, respondents are directed to consider the same in the light of the directions given in the judgment supra if it applies to the facts of this case. The representation would be decided by a speaking order.
