In this contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 29.03.2013 passed by the Single Bench of this Court whereby while disposing of S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.15576/2012, following directions were issued:
“In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petitions are allowed with the direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization/absorption in the light of the direction given by this Court in the case of Narayan Nath & Ors. (supra).
While undertaking the exercise aforesaid, the respondents will also consider the Notification dated 27th February, 2009 issued by the State Government where employee completed 10 years of service as on 10th April, 2006 should be considered for regularization.
The direction aforesaid may be complied with by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.”
In response to notice, the respondents have filed reply wherein it is stated that in compliance of the order of the court, the case of the petitioner was considered in the light of the judgment in the case of Narayan Nath & Ors. vs. State
of Rajasthan & Ors. [S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.4792/2006, decided on 23.01.2008] as well as notification dated 27.02.2009 and speaking order dated 09.09.2015 has been passed in this regard. A copy of the order dated 09.09.2015 is also annexed as Annexure-R/1 with the reply.
I am of the considered view that the respondents have complied with directions of the court as the case of the petitioner has been considered while passing the order dated 09.09.2015. Therefore, no further directions are called for in the instant petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged. It shall, of course, be open to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the order dated 09.09.2015 in accordance with law.
