which was supplied to him vide letter dated 20.08.2015 and as per the information so supplied to the petitioner, it was revealed that he secured 49 marks in written examination and 15 marks in running. Thus, the petitioner secured 64 marks in total. However, the petitioner came to know that since he does not possess the requisite measurement of length as required under the advertisement, he was given relaxation in length and hence, he could not be selected for the appointment. It is contended that height of the petitioner is 168 cm. The petitioner has produced Health Certificate dated 19.08.2015(Annexure-8) issued by Medical Board of Government Jaipuria Hospital, Jaipur, according to which his height is 168 cm whereas according to the information sent to the petitioner, his height is 167.7 cm. Marks of the petitioner are 64 whereas whereas cut off in ST category for Hanumangarh is 61.50. The respondents have malafidely debarred the petitioner from appointment on the post of Constable on the unsustainable ground of his not fulfilling the physical qualification whereas the petitioner is entitled to get appointment on the post of Constable(General). Hence, this writ petition has been fled by the petitioner.
