This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the judgment/order dated 28.3.1992 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge No.2, Ajmer in Sessions Case No. 9/1986 (125/1985), whereby he has acquitted the accused Balu for the alleged offences and acquitted the other accused persons for the offence under Sections 307 and 307/149 IPC; convicted and sentenced the accused persons as under:
Accused Pooran and Chhagna convicted for the offence under Sections 326/149, 324/149, 323/149 IPC and sentenced them as under:
U/s. 326/149 IPC: Each of them has been sentenced to to undergo 3 years' RI with a fine of Rs. 300/-; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 3 months' SI
U/s. 324/149 IPC: Each of them has been sentenced to undergo 1 years' RI with a fine of Rs. 100/-; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 1 month's SI
