Learned counsel for the accused nonpetitioners submits that petition has become infructuous. It is in view of the adverse Final Report given by the police subsequent to the order. By the impugned order, applications submitted by the accused-non-petitioners for release of documents was allowed. Now, in view of the adverse Final Report in the case, the impugned order lost its sanctity and is accordingly rendered infructuous.
The petition is dismissed accordingly.
