In the instant contempt petition preferred under
Sections 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioner that the order dated 25.09.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ petition No.3889/2012 has not been complied with.
Mr. C.S. Bissa, the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, has submitted that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner, the present contempt petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
