Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Anr. decided on 12th September, 2013 along with connected matters. Accordingly, this writ petition may also be ordered to be covered by the judgment in the case supra.
In view of the submissions made, this writ petition is also disposed of and is ordered to be covered by the judgment in the case of Rajkumar (supra). This disposes of the stay application as well.
