As per the reply filed on behalf of the respondents, the dues of the convict-prisoner have already been forwarded by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur.
In view of the statement so given, the petition for writ is disposed of by directing the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur to ensure payment of the amount forwarded to him to the convictprisoner, if not already paid. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
