Having considered the reasons and the explanation extended on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Sikar for making adverse remarks for grant of parole to the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant this petition for writ. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to move an application afresh for grant of parole after expiry of a period of six months from today.
