The alleged detenue Ms Rekha daughter of the petitioner has been produced before us through Shri Madan Singh, Station House Officer, Police Station, Relmagra District Rajsamand. The alleged detenue is a minor, therefore, let her custody be handed over to the petitioner. Suffice to mention here that the alleged detenue too has expressed her desire to move with her father.
The petition for writ with the observation aforesaid is disposed
of.
