The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the newly married couple, praying that a direction be issued to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Masuda, District Ajmer to protect them as they apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of those, who are opposed to the marriage.

Smt. Sakshi Nahar, petitioner No.1 appearing in person, has stated that she is aged about 18 years & 7 months, and she had married petitioner No.2; Ajay Soni according to her own free will and accord. She has further stated that she has passed B.Sc. and is living happily with petitioner No.2 as a wife.

Without determining the validity of the marriage and age of the petitioner No.1, this Court is of the view that nobody can be permitted to take law into his own hands.

After going through the contents of the petition, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Masuda, District Ajmer, to ensure necessary vigil and access threat

Consequent upon disposal of the main petition, the stay
